The Way We Protect Your Wedding Photos & Videos

I’ve seen many studios lose clients’ wedding data due to carelessness, but I can proudly say we’ve never lost a single piece of data. Why?

We Always Shoot to Dual Memory Cards

For both photos and videos, we record to two separate memory card slots. So even if one card fails, the other still retains all the data.

We Bring Multiple Cameras and Flashes

As professional wedding photographers, having more than one camera and multiple flashes is essential. If something goes wrong with the main gear, we always have backups ready. At Viva Weddings, we even bring three cameras to ensure your shoot is never interrupted by equipment failure.

We Have At Least Four Audio Backups

For video audio recording (especially during ceremonies and speeches), we always prepare at least four backup plans. Two main microphones are attached to the speaker’s mic. If the speaker supports internal recording, we’ll also connect one for that purpose. In addition, we place another microphone directly in front of the speaker in case the internal one fails. Our main camera also records audio internally, so even if several backups fail, we’ll still have at least one usable audio source.

We Protect Your Data After the Wedding Day

When we get home, we immediately transfer all the data to a hard drive and begin uploading it to cloud storage. The original memory cards are kept safely in our car. This way, even if something unexpected happens in the studio, we still have the original files as backup.
