Brisbane Wedding Photographer
We pour our hearts into your story, creating impactful images by truly understanding your priorities.
When your special day arrives, you can savour every moment, knowing we’re there to capture the real emotions and deep love shared with your new spouse, family, and friends.
Pet Friendly
Your pet is just as much a part of your family as anyone else, so why wouldn’t they be present on your big day? We absolutely love when couples include their pets—it gives us the perfect excuse to shower all the pups and kitties with love!
Our professional cameras have an animal eye autofocus function, ensuring we can capture their best moments no matter how fast they move.
Pets make everything feel more natural and relaxed. Whether they’re causing a bit of chaos or just hanging out, they always add something special to the moment. It’s those little, unplanned interactions that create the best memories.

Our Client Say
Choose Viva Weddings as Your Brisbane Wedding Photographer!
Viva Weddings is a highly-rated Brisbane wedding photography studio. Our founder, Vince, brings 8 years of experience in wedding photography and videography, having served over 500 newlywed couples to ensure every special moment is perfectly captured. Here are three reasons why choosing a local Brisbane wedding photographer makes all the difference:
Reliability: Always Prepared for Unexpected Situations
As one of the best wedding photographers in Brisbane, we are familiar with Brisbane’s traffic and are always prepared for unexpected situations. Our team has contingency plans in place to handle any unforeseen issues. For example, if the main photographer falls ill, we have backup professionals ready to step in. Additionally, our videographers and photographers travel in separate vehicles to avoid workflow disruptions caused by car troubles.
Respecting Cultural Traditions: Capturing Every Unique Moment
Brisbane is a vibrant, multicultural city, offering countless opportunities to celebrate weddings that honor diverse traditions. Whether it’s a relaxed Aussie candid-style wedding, an Asian tea ceremony, an Orthodox Christian wedding, or the pre-wedding rituals of an Indian wedding, our professional and friendly photographers expertly capture every moment. We ensure each wedding has its unique style while respecting the traditions and values of every culture. Not only will your photos be stunning, but you’ll be valued and understood throughout the process.
Relationships: Seamless Collaboration with Local Professionals
Compared to photographers from other cities, we have extensive experience working with local venues, celebrants, limo drivers, and DJs—many of whom have become our friends. Choosing a local wedding photographer ensures seamless collaboration with other wedding professionals, resulting in smoother coordination and fewer conflicts on your big day.
FAQs | Viva Weddings
How long do I need to wait for my wedding photos?
Where are you based in Brisbane?
How many days in advance do I need to book my wedding?
We are very flexible with our bookings. You can either book us a few months in advance or contact us for an upcoming wedding if you need a photographer urgently. If our schedule allows, we will do our best to accommodate your needs, so please feel free to reach out to us.
Do viva weddings offer other services besides weddings?
What if it rains on my wedding day?
Our cameras are fully weather-resistant and capable of shooting on heavy rainy days. We also provide transparent wedding umbrellas that add an elegant touch to the photos. If during a storm or lightning, there is no suitable location in the venue for photography, we will offer you another two-hour location shoot and only charge $200 for travel fees (weekday only).
Why are you cheaper than others?
At Viva Weddings, we pride ourselves on offering you reasonable prices without compromising on quality. We try to keep our costs low by setting up our studio at home and managing our website and marketing in-house. A higher price doesn’t always mean better quality—it can sometimes reflect inflated costs or unnecessary greed.
